Yeah I completely agree with this…With him being such a tight player, you basically have a bluff catcher with your AQ, literally his entire range beats AQ, and from his stats it doesn't seem like he is 3 barreling many boards like this. Your hand after the flop is huge, but by the river there is almost no way AQ is good against his range on this board.
Fold AQ preflop. You're playing against an ultranit and there are plenty of other players to make money off of. AK, AA, KK, QQ are all in villain's tight range here and you are too easily dominated.
The first hand, I think, was played really badly. It looks too much like a min-raise for value with a hand like 10, JJ, or QQ, AK, AQ, AJ, and once he flats your 5bet that flop should look waaaay to scary to C-Bet on.

I definitely wouldn't fold AQ in that spot, but I would flat either. Yes AK AA KK QQ are in his range but so are hands like 88 99 TT AJo ATs etc. so I think folding here would be really weak. I always opt to 3 bet out of the BB since post flop it's going to be tough to play OOP so 3betting gives you the initiative back, and if he 4 bets you can lay it down.

wouldn't*

I agree the first hand was played terribly, After the min 3 bet I wouldve put in a big 4 bet for sure. Once he flats the 4 bet in this spot (the min 4bet) he could easily have all the hands you mentioned although I don't think it's likely he has AJ or even really AQ here, but you never know. I don't think I would've Cbet this flop just because whatever it is that he flatted a 4 bet PF he would be betting, and also once you cbet the flop here you're basically committing your stack
