For that fourth bet to happen either the person had to have caught a major piece of the action or they had absolute balls of steel. 9/10 they actually have something as very few players can make such a major bluff, so I would normally rule out a bluff or draw. Given that, the hands that would be in play are A-A, K-K, 3-3, A-K, A-3, K-3. Out of those hands Lindgren loses to 5 and only ties 1, so for him to call a second raise seems like a bad idea.
