3bet pre with any two cards. Bet on every street with A high. Raise the turn with bottom pair. Man I LOVE it when players like this sit down at my LHE table.
I’m a bit surprised to hear him say these things. In limit Hold’em, he is exactly the sort of person I consistently beat. And that’s with some bluffing of my own.
All it takes is having a decent hand, not even a good hand, and only betting with one of them, as opposed to pocket 2’s, which he mentions.
Can the Blinds fold after the cards are dealt before they put their money in the pot?
played 4 hours today to see a whole lot of bingo and that wasn’t fun because of wanting to buy in for more but only gambling what wasn’t too much for me
Why do the skinny guay guys like to talk talk talk ..?? WTF!! Shut up.
Limit is a different game than No Limit, you are going to get sucked out on more, but youre going to pick your spots and get a lot of dead money into a pot, then extract value to the river, so when you suck out, you win big that more than covers the times you get sucked out on. Its about handling the swings, maximizing your winnings and minimizing your losses. And if youre playing tight, youre not putting your money in with garbage, you're going to be able to make money.
I get what he's saying but i don't agree with playing hyper aggressive. I believe in playing aggressive if i have decent outs. Like back door flush, back door open ended straight, back door gut shot with 2 pair or trips draw. Betting mid pair on a flush draw board with no back up will just get you in trouble… Even if they are chasing with A high flush they might hit an over card and just call you down and you wasted chips with mid pair with no back up 😂
I'd love to see a video to transition from limit to NL. I realize pretty much all the videos are around NL, but having always only played limit poker in casinos, I'd love to hear your take on the transition in that direction. As always, thanks for the videos and advice!
If you have a hand !Play Aggressive before pre-flop ! Check raise on the flop. Build the pot. Win big Pot.
Super helpful.
