1.) If you are dealing yourself the 4th hand, you have to get 1 indifferent card below the
top 2 cards of the stack.
2.) If you are dealing yourself the 3rd hand, you have to get 2 indifferent card below the
top 2 cards of the stack
3.) If you are dealing yourself the 2nd hand, you have to get 3 indifferent card below the
top 2 cards of the stack.

1.) If you are dealing yourself the 5th hand, you have to get 1 indifferent card below the
top 2 cards of the stack.
2.) If you are dealing yourself the 4th hand, you have to get 2 indifferent card below the
top 2 cards of the stack.
3.) If you are dealing yourself the 3rd hand, you have to get 3 indifferent card below the
top 2 cards of the stack
4.) If you are dealing yourself the 2nd hand, you have to get one indifferent card below
the top 2 cards of the stack.

Now if you are stacking just the top 2 cards or just doing a straight stack then you have to calculate ( Number Of players – 1 ), And you have to get that number of cards between each cards of the stack..
