On this channel I regularly analyze some of the biggest hands of poker played on high stakes cash games like Poker Night in America, Live at the Bike, Poker After Dark and High Stakes Poker or tournaments like the World Series of Poker, World Poker Tour and European Poker Tour featuring legendary poker players like Doyle Brunson, Tom Dwan, Antonio Esfandiari, Phil Ivey, Gus Hanson, Phil Hellmuth and Daniel Negreanu.

I also pick hands which are sent to me from readers like yourself to give you actual feedback on your specific questions.

  1. Are you seriously suggesting diversifying your range at online micro stakes poker? You play straight forward solid poker. There is no need to be fancy. You are either really out of touch with small stakes games or you simply don't care and are analyzing it like a decent stakes live game that you play with the same regs day in and day out.

  2. I love your helpful videos and your play. I respect your opinion, so I have a question. I play poker cash game and tournaments. I am a decent player, but I haven't won much. I play poker on wsop app, I have taken 15000 and turned it to 7.1million. what is your opinion on how I can turn that around and win in person ? I really can't understand if I can win like that online, fake money, why can't I do it for real ?? please help, thank you for your time

  3. im calling this river all day. this hand is just too good to fold given how under-repped it is. as others have said its completely reasonable for button to value bet KQ all the way down to KT. without extensive history with this player that tells me he only bets the effective nuts here, this is an easy call. kudos to hero for being right and saving money, but in the long run this fold bad. at least he didnt raise though…

  4. Alec, hero is getting 5:1, and you said hes got to beat 20% of hujoglowy´s range..its actually a little less then that right? 20% would be 4:1…am i correct? just to make thing clear so i do not confuse myself

  5. Incredible fold? Sure, this one time..Long term getting close to 6-1, I don't think so…small blind could easily have been bluffing and the other guy weaker king, TT, JJ, QQ, etc, quite possible. Alec, I don't think you have any idea of the crazy stuff people do at those stakes, but it is another strong reason to call there… If first position thought hero missed (as he made it look like, right?) and the other guy was even possibly bluffing at the end, he might have called with any pair getting 5-1 on what is just coffee money anyways. That board is dry as it gets.

  6. i don't like the river fold. hero's hand was underrepped. button could have been barreling a wheel draw or 46 and get hero called by the small blind by someone who thinks the person in position could be barreling.

  7. Lol, i have seen people bet hands like 22 on the river and are called by similar crapy hands, no way that i fold trips top kicker for 20% pot and nobody should!
